A class action litigation has been filed against pc giant Microsoft which alleges that consumers that use the device are monitored geographically without their authorisation.
It is claimed that the Windows 7 Phone tracks geographical data on the user whether or not the phone’s owner asks that this facts isn’t collected. Users are asked the first time they start the camera software if they want to share their data and the lawsuit says that Microsoft gathers the data even if the user declines.
