not achieved any of your Top Positions on Google in
the First Year, you will be entitled to a full 100%
refund of the money you have paid for Set Up ($660
- approx. US$402 or £257).
Top Positions 1 Year Guarantee
During the first year,
for each Top 10 Position, you pay $275 (approx. US$153
or £98) and during the following years, if
you have a maintenance contract, you pay $50
(approx. US$30 or £19).

or £195) and during the following years, if

Small Planet guarantee
each Top Position will be held on the Google Search
Engine for a period of 1 Year.
Small Planet lose
a Top Position on Google during the 1 year period,
you will be entitled to a full 100% refund of the money
you have paid for the Top Position.
This Top Positions
Guarantee does not cover loss of positions as a result
of changes made to the optimised pages, without notifying
Small Planet.
If positions are lost in this scenario, Small Planet will (in most
cases) simply re-optimise your pages free of charge. Small Planet
will be happy to view your changes to make sure your optimisation
is kept intact.
This Top Positions
Guarantee does not cover SEO techniques employed outside
of the package offered by Small Planet.
This
Top Positions Guarantee does not cover technical
problems caused by 3rd parties not associated with
Small Planet.
This Top Positions
Guarantee only covers positions that are lost for a
period of at least 1 week.
